Amazing and attentive service inside an atmospheric surrounding with a varied menu of super tasty food. Big selection of starters and big menu of various pastas and grilled meats. Highly recommended.

Lovely experience in Cibus this afternoon, authentic Italian food, was very well priced and delicious, service was very intentive and was not bothered by the waiter every 5 minutes. portions were very filling. Not sure why this place is not busier. Few bad reviews here that seemed to order take away, do not be put off by these. We will definitely be returning

I cannot fault the service or food experienced at this restaurant. I booked a table on NYE 2021 for myself and partner. I can say from start to finish, the service, food & ambiance were first class. The menu may not be the most expansive but in the current climate, wastage needs to be kept to a minimum if restaurants are to survive. Restaurants like this one needs our business and I am more than willing to eat here once or twice a month. Please give this place a visit!

I cannot praise this restaurant enough, we will be returning with friends & family, why not delight yourself at this gem of a Resturant in the heart of Colchester.
